Joe Elmore gets right in the middle of this historic battle of Outlaw Street Cars at Piedmont Dragway in Greensboro, NC. Also, Chuck and Joe install a nitrous kit on their little hot rod Honda to see if it “goes or blows” in the Horsepower shop’s dynojet.
