Official: John Cena Will Be In Fast & Furious 9

It’s been rumored that Dewayne “The Rock” Johnson won’t make an appearance in next year’s Fast & Furious 9. However, Vin Diesel revealed on Instagram last week that there will be a brand new crew member who also has a background in wrestling….John Cena!
In the video Vin Diesel credits his late co-star, Paul Walker, with sending him the new castmate.
“I know this sounds crazy, but every blue moon I feel like Pablo up there sends me someone,” Diesel said. “Another soldier in the fight for truth. Today, someone came by Toretto Gym that speaks to what Pablo would have brought. All love. Always.”
The latest franchise addition will be out May 22, 2020.
