KISS’s Paul Stanley Is Auctioning His Custom 2022 VIN 001 Chevy Corvette Convertible

Getting behind a Corvette can make you feel like a rock star. But an upcoming auction hosted by Barrett-Jackson Auctions could make that dream come true.

That is because KISS frontman Paul Stanley announced that he will be auctioning off his custom 2022 Chevrolet C8 Corvette Stingray Convertible with the VIN 001. The Corvette comes with a custom metallic red tint coat, 6.2L V8 paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, pewter-finished wheels, a Z51 package, High Wing spoiler, black and tan leather interior, and even a signed Ibanez PS120 Paul Stanley signature guitar.

Paul Stanley has been such a longtime fan of the Corvette that he once helped in the design of a C7 Corvette Stingray for the SEMA show in 2014.

As much as he loves the car, Stanley is putting it up for auction because he “couldn’t do it justice,” given its caliber and number. “I want to make it available to somebody who might be able to get more out of it, whether it’s to add to a collection or to drive it.”
