Check Out This Motorized, Street-Legal Couch Straight From Someone’s Living Room

You see a lot of things on the road but they usually are all at least vehicles you keep in your garage, not your living room.

This couch setup was designed by famous British motoring presenter Edd China. And the Casual Lofa is just one of his latest crazy creations. This street-legal sofa can reach speeds of up to 87 miles per hour.

If you’re wondering how it’s powered, the controls are all staged inside of props that make up the not even realize they’re there. In the front is a personal pan pizza – or steering wheel in disguise. And the can of Guinness? Actually a hand-operated brake.

The chocolate bar that’s casually resting on the arm of the sofa is the gear selector for the couch’s automatic transmission and the Casual Lofa is powered by a 1.3-liter BMC A-Plus series engine.
