2018 Hennessey VelociRaptor On The Dyno

If you want a high-performance truck, Hennessey Performance may have what you’re looking for. They took a Gen 2 2018 Ford Raptor, removed the six-cylinder EcoBoost, stuffed a Coyote 5.0-liter in it and topped it with a supercharger. On Hennessey’s Dynojet chassis dyno, the truck made 557 rear-wheel-horsepower and 449 rear wheel lb-ft of torque. The performance specs in the description mention that the truck goes from 0-60 in 4.1 seconds and dominates the quarter-mile in 12.2 seconds at 115 miles per hour.

Upgrades include a 2019 Ford Raptor truck with a 5.0-liter engine topped with a 2.9-liter supercharger system running 7 psi. Shifting all of that power is a 10-speed automatic transmission. Other things include a Ford wiring harness and ECU, air-to-water intercooler, high-flow air induction, LED front lights, upgraded fuel injectors and fuel system, VelociRaptor bumpers, LED front lights, and a stainless steel cat-back exhaust. A Stage 2 off-road suspension with a six-inch lift along with 37-inch BF Goodrich off-road tires help with performance and exterior aesthetics. Hennessey touches include embroidered headrests, custom badges, and serial numbered plaques. Professional installation with HPE engine management calibration, chassis dyno tuning, and road testing are all included, and everything is backed by a 3-year/36,000 mile limited warranty.

Hennessey is offering these trucks, so hit them up if you’re interested in one.
