Stunt Driver Sets New World Record for Most Consecutive Donuts

Who doesn’t love donuts? It’s a loud, fun way to burn some serious rubber while leaving your work on the pavement.

But for professional stunt driver Terry Grant, his skills were put on display when he set the Guinness World Record for most consecutive donuts in a single attempt.

Using a Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo, Grant performed the feat while on ice in Sweden with a total count of 69 full donuts. Thus, setting a new world record for most consecutive spins on ice in an electric vehicle.

The record was completed on February 3rd, 2022 while on a frozen sea in Pite Havsbad, Sweden during the 2022 Race Of Champions.

The attempt was officially completed last February 3, 2022, on a frozen sea at the 2022 Race Of Champions in Sweden’s Pite Havsbad. The video embedded above shows the footage of the attempt, courtesy of Race of Champions.

As seen in the video, Grant had to make several attempts at the record while dealing with the weather and environment hindering the performance of his Taycan Cross Turismo, which caused ice to build up in the vehicle’s sensors. He also had to deal with the icy surface gradually becoming more and more uneven. All of which, was not enough to prevent him from setting the new world record.
