Georgia Woman Rammed Her SUV Into a Popeyes Chicken Because She Didn’t Get Any Biscuits
The Bureau of Transportation Statistics claims that there are approximately 13 car accidents every 60 seconds in the United States. However, the number of those accidents involving a Popeyes Chicken fast food restaurant is remarkably low.
According to USA TODAY, a Georgia woman was arrested after she intentionally crashed her SUV into a Popeyes. Authorities say 50-year-old Belinda Miller was charged with felony aggravated assault and first-degree criminal damage to property. The manager of the Popeyes told deputies that Miller had driven her SUV through the restaurant’s side entrance because she was frustrated over some missing biscuits from her order.
The manager claims that Miller’s order was corrected and she did indeed receive biscuits after her initial complaint, but she still was not satisfied. According to the police report, Miller had made threats to the restaurant staff, including threatening to drive her SUV into the building.
While no one inside was injured, one employee who was near the entrance was nearly struck by Miller’s car.
After fleeing the scene, Miller was arrested after the same vehicle was found at her home with damage to the front-end.
